Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  You now own the item.  

Items are NOT to be returned in their retail packaging.  Must be shipped inside another box box.  Do not affix a label to a retail or product box.  Item will not be accepted and customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping for non accepted product.

25% Re-stocking Fee on any NON custom parts (within 30 days of order date), This covers all billet items (except billet switch panels) and items that are non customizable. 

30% Re-stocking Fee on any cancelled order placed for a Switch panel, PDM module, MVEC Module, or Billet Switch Panel. This applies from the date of order, and is effect within 24 hours of ordering (within 30 days of order date)

******CONTROL PANEL / POWERCORE 3 CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

You may cancel your custom control panel order within 14 days at no charge. After 14 days, your order is subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee. This amount is non-negotiable.  Your signed buildsheet is a binding contract that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.  If your control panel system is in the production/build state, there is no option for cancellation of your order at this time.  At this point, it is YOUR order, customized to you....you own it!

If a customer with an order pending decides to do a credit card chargeback or paypal dispute, any customer supplied items that may be in possession of RaceWire Solutions will be forfeited and used towards fees incurred to recoup the 50% refund cancellation policy payment.  RaceWire Solutions reserves the right to sell any and all customer supplied items/components after a chargeback or dispute has been initiated.
